My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large and clean, but the noisy A/C unit was a major downside. The service was mostly friendly, but I had issues with the housekeeping staff. The location was convenient with friendly staff, but the open area for smokers was not ideal. The hotel room was not up to standard with a small size, TV remote not working, and maintenance issues. The presence of bugs in the bathroom was a major turn-off. However, the hotel is quite spacious which eases the discomfort caused by the room. The noisy ice machine nearby added to the list of annoyances during the stay.
